Baileywick Elementary

School PTA

supporting our COMMUNITY OF LEARNERS

THE FIRST TEACHER

As your childs' first teacher, you play a big part in how well your son or daughter does in school.

PARTNER WITH US

We invite you to work in the classroom, at special events or behind the scenes. A little bit goes a long way in showing your child how important their education is to you.

A PARENT’S ROLE

Who we are

PARENTS, GRANDPARENTS, FRIENDS, TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS

We're people who want to contribute to our child's education with our time and talent and have fun doing it. We work collaboratively, we are open to new and innovative ideas, and we welcome anyone who wants to help.

Most of all, we are not the black hole of volunteering. We will honor your time, not waste it with endless meetings and hoops to jump through.

If you want drama, join a theatre group. This isn't your mama's PTA.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

By supporting our teachers and staff and providing enrichment opportunities for our students, we can give our children an enhanced learning experience:

No two students have exactly the same skills or learning style. The teachers and staff work together to create individual learning plans that combine direct instruction, small-group work, and one-on-one tutoring.

The PTA supports our teachers, staff and students with our programs and projects.

SUPPORTING OUR STUDENTS:

  • Help provide one on one classroom help and tutoring
  • Provide planners for 3rd - 5th graders
