Year Round PTA Teams

Communications/Social Media team-

Help keep Baileywick families informed, connected, and excited about what’s happening at school! This team helps share PTA news, events, volunteer opportunities, fundraisers, and school-community highlights. If you enjoy writing, creating posts, taking photos, or spreading the word, this could be the team for you.

Staff Room Hospitality team- 

Help us show our teachers and staff how much Baileywick appreciates all they do! This team helps keep the staff lounge stocked with snacks, drinks, and occasional treats throughout the year. This is a fun way to help support the team that supports our kids.

Room Parents and Room Parent Coordinator team- 

Be the connection between your child’s classroom, teacher, and PTA! Room Parents help share PTA information, coordinate classroom volunteers and celebrations, and help teachers communicate when they need parent support.

Yearbook team- 

Help capture the moments that make this school year special! Yearbook volunteers collect photos at school events, help organize classroom and event memories, and assist with creating the final yearbook. If you enjoy photography, design, organizing, or simply making memories last, we’d love your help.  (Busiest times are March-May. )

Library Assistant- 

Come be a part of our in school library team! Coordinate with the media specialist to collect and shelve returned books once or twice a week. Many hands make light work! 

Fundraising/Corporate Sponsors team- 

Help us find and connect to neighborhood businesses to partner for our sponsorship and fundraising efforts. Volunteers can send out donation and sponsorship requests, or help us find grant opportunities so we can do even more to support Baileywick. If you have a few extra minutes a month to send emails or have community connections, we would appreciate your help!

Cultural Arts Chair - 

Help bring art, music, culture, and creative experiences to Baileywick students! The Cultural Arts Chair works with the school and PTA over the summer to select opportunities that enrich students’ learning beyond the classroom. It’s a small time commitment with a big opportunity to make school more colorful, creative, and inspiring.
